FIBROMYALGIA/CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME
I have several autoimmune conditions, including fibromyalgia (FMS), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), and arthritis. I work 2 days a week, and typically the day after I am tired and in some pain but manage it with essential oils.
Today it was bad... really bad! But I needed to get some housework done for the Labor Day holiday guests. So I diffused and applied essential oils every hour or so and got some relief but still hurt to the point that I could not do much around the house.
Then I remembered the "Morphine Bomb". I took one capsule of it, and within 30 minutes my pain was completely gone. I have been rocking the housework ever since. Yay!
Morphine Bomb recipe:
5 drops Frankincense
5 drops Copaiba
5 drops Idaho Balsam Fir
Put the drops of essential oil in a capsule and ingest.

RESTFUL SLEEP AND THICKER HAIR AT AGE 63
I usually use one SleepEssence softgel when I have had a long day and just need to fall asleep without my brain zooming in high gear. Unfortunately, I ran out of it.
So, looking in my big essential oil book, I found Cedarwood essential oil as a possible substitute to help me relax. I applied one drop on the top of my head and rubbed it in a little.
Voila! I slept very restfully. There were no side effects, and my hair was not oily in the morning, as pure essential oils are not greasy.
An added benefit to using Cedarwood essential oil is that my hair is getting thicker. Go figure... at age 63! Yes, thank you!
SKINCARE TO REPAIR WRINKLES AND SCARS
For years I have researched what repairs the skin. I was discouraged because everything I found, even from the experts, said that nothing repaired the skin. I was determined to find something.
I tried many products and oils that supposedly repair (not just prevent) wrinkles: avocado, walnut, olive, almond, borage, vitamin E, and castor. I really did not see a difference.
I also tried various essential oils... and still no change. I have always had good skin; however, I am almost 50, and under my left eye I have had for years what appears to be a checkerboard. I assume I sleep on my left side.
I read a testimony about Carrot Seed and Elemi essential oils, and, within 2 weeks after following the suggested protocol, I could see a difference. It did repair that "checkerboard" under my left eye, and my skin just glows overall! (I still have some fine lines under my eyes, but this major issue I had is repaired.)
Here is how I did it:
I put Carrot Seed on my face neat 3 x a week -- I use just one to two drops -- it spreads well. I put a drop on each pinky and gently dot under my eyes, but not too close, and then start working the oil outward onto my face.
My mixture is 4 drops each of Carrot and Elemi essential oils to 8 drops of carrier oil. I use either borage oil, meadow foam seed oil, raspberry seed oil, or emu oil. And sometimes I mix them. You can get these carrier oils on Amazon.com. Just read the reviews and choose one that appeals to you.
I also add one drop of Frankincense, Lemon, Pine, and Lavender oils (I read testimonials that these oils are also good for wrinkles) and a few drops of Vitamin E oil, as well as some aloe vera gel from my aloe plant. All of this is not necessary since the Carrot and Elemi oils are effective without. So if mixing all these things overwhelms you, then leave them out.
I also take Frankincense in a capsule (2 drops). I know some people who take it twice a day. I take it once, for depression and anxiety. It works!! I also take Carrot Seed oil in my capsule, as it is good for so many things. Just type in Carrot Seed in a search on www.Oil-Testimonials.com to read other testimonials.
My oldest daughter (who is 32) had acne, scars, and no life to her skin at all. She uses just the Carrot Seed oil every night before bed on her face along with the A.R.T. Skin Care System. MONTHLY ORDEAL WITH NAUSEA, DIZZINESS, CRAMPS
While I love being a woman, sometimes I almost wish I didn't have a uterus... or at least undergo so much pain from being a woman. Out of all of the female members in my family, I have been known to have the worst cramps and period symptoms.
For years I have been told to either take birth control (even though I know that can add risk for cancer and toxins due to long-term exposure) or gain weight naturally. (I am a 5'8", 115-pound, 23-year-old who has a high metabolism, and everything I eat goes nowhere).
While my weight and stature may seem as a blessing to some, every time my period arrives I wish I had a different body... no exaggeration whatsoever. Despite these recommendations from my gynecologist, these two methods have not worked very well.
Over the past year I have been experimenting with my diet, and I have reduced my intake of sweets and fatty foods the week before my period arrives. And usually my constant vigilance about my period symptoms tends to work. However, this past holiday season it was really difficult to resist the excessive holiday treats and comfort food. You just can't!
So... when my period finally arrived on New Year's Day (OH HAPPY DAY), it was a rude awakening. I was on the floor in the fetal position in the bathroom from cramps, and the room was spinning because I was dizzy and nauseous. Plus, I was home alone and really had no one to help me get meds. In sum, it was a really excruciating experience.
Finally when I was able to gain some strength, I walked to my kitchen to get the Peppermint essential oil and make a batch of chamomile tea. I kid you not... after one whiff of Peppermint oil, the nausea was all gone. The cramps had lifted. I was stunned, and I even tested it out by walking around my house just to make sure that I did not imagine myself on the floor 10 minutes prior to my relief.
Now I know that when that time of the month arrives again, I will be sure to keep my handy-dandy Peppermint oil just in case. Now I can simply say that being a woman isn't so bad after all.
HARD TIME RELAXING AND SHUTTING DOWN AT NIGHT
I usually have a hard time relaxing and shutting down at night and then pay the price of tiredness the next day.
I have noticed that, when I take Cedarwood essential oil a half hour before bedtime, I fall asleep much easier and become more relaxed, which has always been a problem for me. I put it on my temples and on the back of my neck.
Once in a while when I am really stressed I also use Lavender essential oil along with Cedarwood essential oil, and that really helps. In the past I used unnatural methods that had side effects, and it is so nice to have something natural and good for me.
LARGE, DARK MOLES AND WART-LIKE BUMPS
My father has some large, dark moles on his back. He thinks they are unsightly, and some of them bother him because of their location and the friction from his clothing.
We decided to put a drop of Oregano essential oil on each one of the moles once a day. It has taken a couple of weeks, but they are definitely fading and getting flatter.
My husband also put Oregano essential oil on a wart-like bump that he has had on his hand for the past two years. He was reluctant to try the oil at first, but I told him to give it a couple of weeks.
The bump flattened out within three days. In my husband's own words, "That is amazing!"

HOT FLASHES DURING MENOPAUSE
I began my journey with essential oils in August 2014. It has been an incredible journey as I have experienced the benefits of these incredible oils and have learned of their biblical history.
When I began, I was having severe hot flashes due to menopause. The hot flashes seemed to occur every hour and lasted through the night. I had been battling these symptoms for three months prior to using essential oils. It was becoming unbearable at work, and I was fatigued due to a lack of sleep.
So, every time I developed a hot flash, I started diligently rubbing several drops of Peppermint essential oil on my neck and spine, even in the middle of the night. The cooling sensation acted quickly, and I felt more comfortable. The cooling sensation of the Peppermint oil relaxed my body and helped diminish the severity of the hot flashes.
I was so thankful when the symptoms of menopause finally ended in October.
